The Sporum Empty The Sporum

Your captain lands in a primitive village known as the Sporum, only to find that the villagers and the law enforcement, known as SporeMasters, are bickering about a controversial ban by one of the SporeMasters, a green being named Slime.  Can you bypass Slime and convince the overlord, Baza, to reverse the decision?
