A Fallout RP?

I was thinking of making a Fallout RP, set after the events of one of the endings of Fallout 4. I know we had SissyGamer's RP, but that never got anywhere, so here we are.
The RP would implement the SPECIAL system, your actions being successful or failing based on your SPECIAL stats. For example, a person with 3 Charisma wouldn't be able to get the same price from a vendor as a person with 7 Charisma, or something like that.
But also, I'm debating on which ending of the game I should use. Any ideas?
Oh and feedback would be lovely.
